Clarity
Written scope, written assumptions, written acceptance criteria. If it isn't documented, it isn't decided.
Headquartered in Missouri, and ready to deliver across 25 U.S. states. We scope technology and staffing work around the constraints that actually shape it — procurement rules, audit obligations, and the teams that have to live with what we deliver.
Invoti was founded on a specific frustration: too much public-sector and enterprise work gets scoped and delivered by teams that treat the engagement as a generic IT project rather than as work that has to survive procurement review, pass oversight audit, and be owned by the agency team long after we're gone.
Our practice is organized around the opposite assumption. Every engagement is scoped against the procurement vehicle that pays for it, the stakeholders who have to sign off on it, and the people who will operate it next. That's how we read the brief, how we staff the work, and how we hand it off when we're done.
We are small, recently-formed, and deliberately scoped — so the people named on a proposal are the people who show up to do the work.
Written scope, written assumptions, written acceptance criteria. If it isn't documented, it isn't decided.
The people named on the proposal are the people who do the work. No bait-and-switch staffing.
Regular reporting, predictable standups, and an agreed rhythm — so status is never a surprise.
We document for the team that inherits the work. An engagement ends; the system and the relationship do not.

Registration signals jurisdictional readiness — foreign-entity qualification, tax and payroll enrollment, and readiness to respond to state procurement. It's the minimum bar to compete for public work in a state.
The map lists where Invoti is currently registered. We add jurisdictions as engagement opportunities justify the administrative overhead, not before.
